Plywood

At Lakeshore Display, we use a variety of plywoods in our POP display production. When we receive a request for a display to have a "rustic look" we select a strong, durable plywood such as Baltic Birch. This type of plywood is comprised of many layers of thin ply with a very clean surface and edge. After the machining operations are completed, we put a clear-coat over the surface to give it a finished look. CDX Plywood is used for hidden, structural purposes including toe kicks or display cabinet bottoms.

Curved Displays

We utilize 3/8” Bending Ply to make radiuses and curves. These pieces are then laminated with HPL. If you have a unique display that calls for a radius, 3/8” Bending Ply would be our answer for you. It is strong, durable and long lasting.
